[ad_1] Publish Date:Fri, 04 May 2018 10:50 AM (IST) नई दिल्ली (प्रेट्र)। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि अदालती सुनवाई के सजीव (LIVE) प्रसारण पर चार सप्ताह में केंद्र जवाब दाखिल करे। चीफ जस्टिस दीपक मिश्रा की बेंच ने यह फैसला इंदिरा जयसिंह की याचिका पर लिया, लेकिन इसी मसले पर दाखिल एक अन्य वकील मुंबई के मैथ्यूज नेदमपाड़ा की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया। चीफ जस्टिस के साथ जस्टिस डीवाई चंद्रचूड़, एएम खानविलकर ने नेदमपाड़ा को कड़ी फटकार भी लगाई। बेंच का कहना था कि आप बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट के जजों के खिलाफ ऐसे आरोप लगा भी कैसे सकते हैं। नेदमपाड़ा ने सोशल मीडिया पर चल रहे उस अभियान का हवाला दिया जिसमें न्यायपालिका में पारदर्शिता की बात की जा रही है। जस्टिस चंद्रचूड़ का कहना था कि उन्हें वाट्स एप पर चल रहे संदेश से पता चला है कि उन्होंने बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट के जज को एक मामले में पार्टी बना रखा है। उनका सवाल था कि नेदमपाड़ा ऐसा कैसे कर सकते हैं। यह अदालत की अवमानना है। जयसिंह की याचिका पर कोर्ट ने केंद्र से कहा कि चार सप्ताह में जवाब दाखिल करें। इस मामले में अटार्नी जनरल केके वेणुगोपाल को एमीकस क्यूरी बनाय...
